Our charters welcome adult guests 18 and over. Guests ages 0-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Contact Us to discuss particular ages and arrangements.
Sure. As long as your pet is well behaved and are comfortable being on a boat, bring your furry friend along.
Sunset Sails, Day and Overnight Charters will be planned by the captain based on the weather conditions. The longer the charter, the further you can go. Overnight charters can go North to Clearwater or Tarpon Springs. Alternatively, you can head South to St. Pete Beach, Longboat Key, Sarasota or Venice. Extended Charters will allow for offshore experiences to the Florida Keys and the Dry Tortugas. Let us know what you are looking for and we will work up your charter for you!
A private 3-hour sunset sail is $650 for up to 6 guests (per boat, captain included). Half day sails (4 hours) are $750, full day sails (8 hours) are $1,200, and overnight charters start at $2,625 for one night (two days). Teambuilding charters are $160 per person. Private sailing instruction starts at $450, and our anchoring, docking and night sailing clinics are $225 to $600 per student. There is cellular service and WIFI on board. We cannot guarantee signal strength, but you will have coverage for most, if not all of your charter.
Do not worry about the essentials – we’ve got you covered there! We stock basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen and towels on board. We even have yoga mats!
As for clothing and accessories, the coastal Florida climate calls for breathable, quick-dry options. We suggest prioritizing comfort over style – you will be busy on your nautical adventure after all! Recommended items include:
For November thru February, toss in some warmer long sleeve layers too. No fancy cocktail dresses or anything you don’t want to get the salty ocean on – just laidback days focused on the simple pleasures of sea, sun and sisterhood!

We understand many guests follow specialized diets. We will ask you to share any dietary needs or preferences you may have. We will make sure you are well taken care of and satisfied throughout your sailing adventure with us.
At this time we only offer captained charters. A captained charter will allow you to advance your skillset.
About 3 hours. We leave the dock roughly two hours before sunset and return just after dark.

Up to 6 guests per sailboat on day and sunset charters, and overnight charters sleep up to 6 in private cabins. For larger groups we run two boats together.
Yes. Bring whatever you like to eat and drink; we provide water, ice and a cooler, and the 45-footers have a refrigerator. We can also arrange catering for day and overnight trips.
No. Most of our guests have never sailed. Relax and enjoy the ride, or take the helm with the captain’s guidance.
Almost always. Bottlenose dolphins live year round in Boca Ciega Bay and John’s Pass, and they often ride the bow wave.
The captain makes the call on the day. If we cancel for weather you choose a new date or receive a full refund. Light rain usually passes; thunderstorms and small-craft advisories cancel.
October through May has the most comfortable weather and the best sunsets. Summer sails are warm with afternoon storms, so morning and sunset trips are best then.
Yes. We teach American Sailing Association-based (ASA) ciriculum with certified instructors, plus private coaching for couples, women-only classes, and anchoring, docking and night sailing clinics. See the Charters page for prices.
